- GUIDE PLATES and VALVE LOCKS -

PUSHROD GUIDE PLATES
Pushrod guide plates reduce the unwanted sideways motion of the pushrod under load.  This keeps the rocker arm stabilized, making the valve operation much smoother and more efficient.  Milodon guide plates hold the pushrods in the precise and correct alignment for proper valve-train operation without breakage at high loads and high RPM.  They are made from heat-treated chrome moly steel to reduce wear and are a must for any engine.

Valve Adjustment Locks
 
4130 CHROME MOLY VALVE LOCKS
These locks are a must to keep valve settings correct for any period of time. Locks are made from 4130 material and are then heat-treated. This results in a part of great strength that will not split like some other more cheaply made locks. Available for 3/8" or 7/16" rocker arm studs.
