BILLET ALUMINUM OIL PUMP

- For extreme use in all types of racing from drag race to Pro-Street.

- CNC machined from billet 6061 aircraft aluminum, this pump is the ultimate in strength and performance

- Neck is 60% thicker than stock and most other billet pumps to avoid breaking off

- Adjustable pressure from less than stock if desired to high pressure.

- Roller bearing gear shaft support in the cover to prevent gear deflection and premature housing wear

- 4130 chrome moly gear shafts resist wear and failure.

- Presicion formed gears ensure perfect mesh for best roll resistance and pressure output efficiency. Can withstand extreme race engine RPM.

- Oil pressure bypass returns oil inside the oil pump which will not aerate and add heat to the oil supply

- Oil passages in and out of the pump increased for improved flow & volume

- Pickup is a part of the billet oil pump bottom cover so there is no breakage, falling out or sucking air.

Early Hemi (354-392) -For all applications Drag Race to Street. Late model high volume oil pump is adapted to the 392 main cap. 354 requires minor rework of the bolts holes. Pump cover pick-up ensures maximum flow, 4130 chrome moly gear shaft to reduce twisting. Uses a stock intermediate shaft.

- SINGLE ENTRY

• For all performance use, street to 7 second drag cars.

• Works well with internal or single external pickups and can be used with stock steel pump covers if desired.

• For dual line pickups use with the #21350 dual line spacer.

• Has the necessary volume required for large cubic inch big strokers or high horsepower, high RPM engines. Special . Milodon 1.100" tall gears outputs more volume, yet take . less horsepower to drive. Will flow 19 G.P.M to 21 G.P.M.

• Aircraft 6061-T6 aluminum is 3 lbs lighter than steel pumps. NOTE: This pump does not use stock Chrysler O-ring around gear set. Special supplied O-ring must be used, also available in system rebuild kit #21590.

• For all extreme applications from Super Gas to Top Fuel.

• Allows the second line of dual line systems to enter directly into the housing without a dual line spacer.

• Special Milodon 1.100" tall gears output more volume, yet take less horsepower to drive. Flows 19 G.P.M to 21 G.P.M.

• Housing requires additional pump cover specific to the application.

• Requires use of #21503 steel or #21523 bronze drive gear and longer 4130 chrome moly shaft.

NOTE: This pump does not use stock Chrysler O-ring around gear set. Special supplied O-ring must be used, also available in system rebuild kit #21590.
